❑ For Tutors:- In case, we are unable to provide not even a single tuition within 60 days we will refund the registration charges but if tutor is not fit after providing tuitions as per parents are will not refund the charge but we will give 1 more chance to prove him/herself after this that tutor will not be a part of our MLM Group.

❑ For Parents: - In case of parents does not like the tutor we will arrange 3 more tutors demo after that we will refund the course fee in case of not satisfaction.

❑ A Tutor must be at least 18+ of age and has the lawfully Essential Qualification/ Experience by the tutor on this site.

❑ A Tutor agree and understand that he/she is not an employee of Arene Group and responsible for all income tax. We do not issue any experience certificate

❑ A Tutor understands and accepts that details entered by them on the site will be visible publically. They accept full responsibility for all information published by him/her on the site.

❑ Students have to pay advance tuition fee to Arene Group for availing tutor’s service.

❑ Students need to pay for minimum of (10) session and take this session before 30 days.

❑ Arene Group does not support on encourage any direct payment to any tutor as that could lead to fraud and we do not take any responsibility for such payment.

❑ Homework and assignment help to intended to provide you with guidance

❑ Students/parents should use caution good judgment and proper language when learning a review for a tutor

❑ Sharing your contact information with students via messaging or a call, a demo session conducting through arenegroup.com.

❑ Sharing any information link or any message that can be used by the students to make a payment to you.

❑ Any failure to report students who either share their contact information or try to transfer payment without using Arene services-secure pay link; will considered may invite suspension

❑ Once you get a student from Arene services all future payments from these students must be taken via Arene services secure pay.

❑ Arene services also reserve the right to show cases your profile on the website as a block profit to discourage other tutors from taking this path.

❑ Arene Group will not use any training content upload by you on Arene services; for any commercial purposes

❑ By uploading any content on Arene Group you also warrant that you own the copyright for that content. Any plagiarized content once you noticed by our team will be liable to remove from Arene group without any notice.

❑ A student on parent always undertakes to register for the Arene Group Service always using current information about himself/herself, including name, email-id, phone numbers.

❑ Student is expected to conduct time if in a student like manner which is generally expected and regarded as Ideal student

❑ Arene Group would not be liable to offer any compensation or damage of any nature to student if Arene Group deactivates a tutor account.

Return Policy:- return scheme is provided by respective seller. It included option of exchange, replacement or refund. ❑ In order to resolve issues with your product, we care either through online tools , over the phone, through an In person technical visit.

❑ If a defect in determined within the returns window a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed within 7 days of delivery you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any issues. I any case only one replacement shall be provided.

❑ Fruits and vegetables ordered would be delivered only in the first attempt in ordered to ensure that you get fresh fruits and vegetables. We will not be making reattempts to deliver your fruits and vegetables in case you miss you slot.

❑ Rest of grocery items from supermart would be delivered through reattempt in case you miss your slot.

❑ Try & Buy benefits shall be applicable only it the product was bought when the item was on Try & Buy. Else normal category policy shall be apply on order.

❑ During pick-up your product will be checked for the following conditions. Category, conditions, correct product, IMEI/ name/Image/Brand/Serial number/Article number/Bar code should mater and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

❑ Complete product:- All in the box accessories like remote control, starter kite, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones etc.)

❑ Freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

❑ Unused product:- The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, No stains, No tempered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals. Before returning a mobile/laptop/tablet the device should be formatted and screen lock (pin, pattern, fingerprint) must be disabled. I cloud lock must be disabled for apple devices.

❑ Undamaged product:- The products like SIM trays/charging port, headphone port back panel etc. should be undamaged, no scratches, dents, tears, holes.

❑ Undamaged packaging :- product is original packaging box should be undamaged. The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are met.

❑ For any product, refund will be processed only after the product has been received by the seller.

❑ While accepting your order if you received a different or a damage product, you will be given a refund. Once you have accepted an open box delivery no return request will be processed except for manufacturing defects.

❑ For product where installation is provided by Arene Services partners do not open the product packaging by yourself. Arene Services authorized personal shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.

❑ For furniture any product related issues will be checked by an authorized service personal & try to resolved the defective part of the product.

❑ Delivery message, product not in case the product was not delivered and you received a product delivery confirmation email/SMS report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.

❑ The buyer shall be solely responsible for all consequences for the purchase and use of products bought from unauthorized sources including unauthorized websites E-commerce, marketplace or unauthorized party.
